Andrey graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Water Communications in 1999 and since then has been actively working in the field of maritime logistics, transportation and cargo inspection. He began his career in the merchant marine, where he worked as a navigator from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, Andrey Kurilov joined TopFrame as a surveyor and continued career boost, taking the position of Deputy CEO in 2006. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Andrey's main responsibilities are the coordination of business processes in the company, control of the work of regional and foreign offices.

Natalia has been working in the field of management and finance for over 14 years. She has a higher economic education (St. Petersburg Institute of Economics and Law) and never ceases to improve her knowledge and skills by attending seminars and trainings. Natalia began her work at TopFrame Company in 2019 as a project economist and demonstrated high competence and work efficiency, which became a platform for career growth.

Natalia is a specialist with extensive experience and an impressive range of professional skills. She got a higher economic education at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and for more than 25 years she has remained in the profession and continues to develop her competencies. Natalia started working at TopFrame Company 3 years after its foundation - in 2004 - and since then, the entire corporate accounting has been under her close attention.

Alexey received his higher education at the Alame Tabatabai University in Tehran. He has been living in Iran for many years and has experience in various positions: from deputy head of security at an oil company to the person responsible for the quality of shipped products when exporting to Russia. Currently, he holds the position of Acting Director of the TopFrame branch in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Okan completed his undergraduate education in Chemistry and then completed his master degree MBA (Master of Business Administration) at Istanbul Kültür University. He has been actively working in the field of surveillance, inspection, survey and testing services for more than 12 years and has been involved in all areas of the processes, subsequently rising to managerial positions. Okan joined the TopFrame family in 2022 and continues taking part as the Executive Director of TopFrame branch in Turkey.

Alexander graduated from St. Petersburg Mining University with a degree in Logistics. Supply Chain Management. His work experience in the surveyor services sector spans over 15 years. Alexander joined the TopFrame company in 2020 and holds the position of Business Development Director, and since 2023 he has been the head of the Moscow branch. Under his leadership, the expertise in grain and oilseed crops not only expanded its geography — the North-Western Federal District and the Baltic countries — but also reached a new level of service quality.

Pavel graduated from the Moscow State University of Engineering Ecology with a degree in Automation of technical and economic processes and production. He has many years of experience in the field of expertise and inspection services. Pavel joined the TopFrame team in 2020 and currently holds the position of head of the survey inspection department.

Elena received her higher economic education at the Institute of Marketing and Social Information Technologies (Krasnodar). She has been working for TopFrame since 2017. For a long time, Elena oversaw the work in the areas of collateral property valuation and retail inventory, built communication and a basis for mutually beneficial cooperation with such key partners as Sberbank, VEB.RF, Promsvyazbank, etc.

Vadim got a higher education in the specialty "Automation and control in technical systems" at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, further improved his qualifications and mastered the profession of a customs declarant. More than 15 years ago, Vadim took the position of an ordinary employee at TopFrame and proved himself to be an enterprising and efficient specialist, thanks to which he headed the survey department. Today, Vadim oversees work with general and project cargo, and is responsible for organizing inspections of consumer goods.

Irina graduated from the Far Eastern State Technical University with a degree in «Organization of transportation and management in transport». She started her career as a stevedore at the Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port, and then joined the surveyors team of the «TopFrame» company, continued to develop her professional skills and soon moved to the position of coordinator. For 15 years now, Irina has been closely monitoring the quality of services provided by «TopFrame» inspectors and coordinating their work.

In 2008, Karina graduated from the St. Petersburg Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence and constantly takes advanced training courses in leading training centers in St. Petersburg and Moscow. She has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer. Karina's responsibilities include: full management of the company's contractual document flow, preparation of internal and local regulations, tracking changes in legislation and counseling of employees, as well as claims management and litigation, representing the company's interests in judicial, state and other authorities.

Yana graduated with a degree in Management from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. She joined TopFrame Company in 2021 as an HR Manager. To date, she has considered hundreds of candidates for various vacancies and headed the HR department. Thanks to Yana's systematic approach and innovations, the process of searching for candidates for new company projects has significantly accelerated, and the number of responses to vacancies has increased several times.

Elena became a part of the TopFrame team immediately after studying at the St. Petersburg State University of Refrigeration and Food Processing Technologies, and for 15 years she has been helping the development and growth of the frozen goods business. Elena's responsibilities include: execution of contracts with clients; control over the conduct of veterinary and customs inspections in ports; coordination of work of surveyors in warehouses; drawing up reports on inspections carried out in Russian and English.

Anna got a higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence" at the Southern Federal University. She has extensive experience in the field of tenders. She has been working in TopFrame Company since 2020. She is responsible for full tender support. Thanks to Anna's effective and systematic work, the volume of tender projects has more than doubled.

Ekaterina graduated from the Volgograd College of Business and gained diverse work experience in management and administration. She joined the TopFrame team in 2021 and took the lead of the inventory division. Ekaterina coordinates the work of inspectors, organizes the smooth operation of the inventory projects department, is responsible for communication with key clients and report submission.

Lucy graduated from the Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics, where she studied law. She started working at TopFrame in 2022 as a coordinator in the fruit and vegetable inspection department. Due to her responsible approach and high efficiency, Lucy soon got a promotion and became the head of the retail inventory department.

Dmitry graduated from the Kuban State Technological University with two degrees in different fields: oil and gas industry and management. Dmitry has extensive experience in the field of expertise and management, including in companies that are regular clients of TopFrame (Magnit and X5 Group retail chains). Since 2024, he has been holding the position of Operations Director at TopFrame. He is responsible for building processes and financial performance of food and grocery lines, as well as foreign offices. Dmitry speaks four foreign languages: English, Greek, Turkish and Azerbaijani.

Ekaterina graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economics in 2005, majoring in Marketing. In 2016, she joined the TopFrame team and was responsible for overseeing the development and market launch of new models of StopGuard cargo control sensors. Subsequently, Ekaterina made a significant contribution to promoting the company's services and expanding communication methods with potential clients. Ekaterina oversees the company's advertising strategies in offline and online segments: participation in conferences and exhibitions, targeted and contextual advertising, and work with the company's website.
