TopFrame senior executives and department heads took part in a training seminar on "Deep Psychotypic Attitudes of Stakeholders and Their Impact on Communication in Negotiations, Teamwork and Personal Life".
What is a psychotype?
Human behaviour is largely shaped by personality type. Many difficulties, misunderstandings and conflicts arise when we interact with people of a different psychological profile whose behaviour may initially seem irrational or ineffective to us.
Objective of the training
The programme focused on understanding the attitudes and motivations of one's own profile as well as those of colleagues, partners and family members, with particular emphasis on cross-type communication.
Outcomes
Participants learned to recognise psychological profiles through behaviour and establish effective rapport across different personality types, helping them find common ground with colleagues and partners and prevent misunderstandings.
The seminar marked an important step in developing the professional and leadership qualities of TopFrame's management team, broadening perspectives and strengthening open, flexible communication.
